Hyperice MACH Ecommerce

Spearheaded the redesign and overhaul of Hyperice's ecommerce framework, from the pitch through research, solutions architecture, and buildout phases. Leveraged a MACH headless commerce approach, a serverless backend architecture with AWS, and a Next.js static frontend to ensure scalability and performance.
